Japan is a demanding market to sell into, and we think that is a good thing. It sets a standard we can hold ourselves to. Whether the cargo is a food-grade raw material or a case of caviar, what we promise is the same: quality you can check for yourself, and a counterparty who does their share of the work.

How we work
From first inquiry to repeat supply

You tell us what you need
Grade, specification, quantity, packaging, destination. If something is still open we would rather sort it out now than three weeks in.

We find and check suppliers
We identify candidates, look at their documentation and production capability, and come back with options that have real specifications attached.

Paperwork and compliance
Import requirements, certificates, certificates of analysis, and CITES procedures where they apply. We review supplier credentials, product specifications and supporting documentation before commercial commitment.

Shipping
We arrange the route, freight, customs and handling, and keep track of it. Anything the product needs in transit is agreed in advance.

Delivery, then the next one
The first delivery tells you whether we are worth working with. We are set up for repeat supply on stable terms, which is where this becomes worthwhile for both sides.
One person stays with your inquiry from start to finish. Nothing gets passed to a party you have not been introduced to.
Our brands
TIRAN
TIRAN is NEXORA's own caviar brand, featuring Beluga from the Caspian Sea. Imports are handled under the Japanese laws and regulations applicable to the product, including the Food Sanitation Act and CITES procedures where relevant. There is a separate site with the details.
