NEXORA G.K. handles personal information received through this website in line with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information. This page sets out what we collect, why, how long we hold it, and how to have it removed.

1. Information we collect

We collect what you send us through the inquiry form: your name, company, email address, and whatever else you choose to fill in, which may include a phone number, country, product and specification details, quantity, packaging, Incoterm, destination and any attached file. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website is used and how its pages perform. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, and the anti-spam check on the inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile; section 4 describes these Cloudflare services. There are no advertising trackers on this site. Fonts and images are served from this site’s own domain, not from an external font or image service. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, meaning IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser, for security and troubleshooting.

2. Purpose of use

We use it to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation or sourcing proposal, and run the business relationship that follows. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to, and we do not sell personal information.

3. Third parties

Inquiries reach us by email and are stored with our email provider. Beyond that we do not pass personal information to third parties, except where the law requires it, or where a supplier, forwarder or customs agent needs it to carry out something you have asked us to do. In that case they get only the part they need. In addition, we use Cloudflare services to deliver and protect the website, to measure its usage, and to protect the inquiry form against spam, as described in section 4.

4. Use of Cloudflare

We use services from Cloudflare, Inc. (“Cloudflare”) to deliver and protect the website (4.1), for usage analytics (4.2), and for anti-spam on the inquiry form (4.3). For how Cloudflare handles personal information, see also Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

4.1 Delivery and protection of the website

This website is delivered through Cloudflare’s network. Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare on their way to our server, and Cloudflare processes that traffic to deliver the site and to protect it against attacks and unauthorized access. In doing so, Cloudflare handles your IP address and the ordinary request information a browser sends. Submitting the inquiry form is also an HTTP request to an address on this site’s domain, so what you enter in the form, and any attachment, likewise reaches our server through Cloudflare.

4.2 Usage analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website is used and how its pages perform. When a page loads, your browser fetches a measurement script from static.cloudflareinsights.com, and the script sends Cloudflare measurements of page views and page performance. According to Cloudflare, Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use client-side storage such as cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics.

4.3 Anti-spam on the inquiry form (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The contact page uses Cloudflare’s Turnstile to help protect the inquiry form against automated submissions and other abuse. The Turnstile script is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com and runs on the contact page only. Loading the widget means your browser connects to Cloudflare, which gives Cloudflare your IP address and the ordinary request information a browser sends. When you submit the form, our server sends Cloudflare’s verification endpoint the token the widget issued and the submitting IP address, and receives the result. Your name, contact details, message and any attachment are not included as fields in that verification request (the form submission itself passes through Cloudflare, as described in 4.1). For what Cloudflare does with Turnstile data, including whether Turnstile stores anything on your device, see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

5. Retention

We keep inquiry records for 24 months after the last message, then delete them. If an inquiry turns into a transaction, the related records are kept for as long as Japanese tax and commercial law requires.

6. Security

The site runs over HTTPS, so form submissions are encrypted in transit. Attached files are checked on the server and are never published or made publicly reachable. Only the people who need to answer your inquiry can see it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, stop using it, or delete it. Please send your request through this website’s contact form. We will confirm who you are before acting, and reply within a reasonable time.

8. Changes to this policy

If we revise this policy we will publish the new version here with the date changed. If a revision affects how we use information we already hold, we will contact the people concerned directly where we have their details.
