NEXORA G.K.

Two things bring people to us. Either they have a product that would sell in Japan and no idea how to get it here, or they need a raw material and want a supplier who will handle the paperwork properly. We do both, from the same office in Ginza.

About NEXORA

What we actually do

A lot of trade goes wrong in the gap between agreeing a price and getting the goods cleared. Specifications turn out to be different from what was quoted. A certificate is missing. The importer discovers a regulation nobody mentioned. We spend most of our time closing that gap before anyone commits.

That means checking suppliers ourselves, pinning down specifications in writing, and settling the import requirements early. It applies whether we are bringing a product into Japan for a producer abroad or sourcing a raw material for a buyer here.

Where you might fit

01

Buyers in Japan

Importers, food manufacturers, hotels and restaurants buying from abroad. You want the specification confirmed and the customs position settled before the container leaves.

02

Buyers outside Japan

If you are sourcing food or chemical raw materials and tired of chasing suppliers for documents that should have come with the quote, this is the part we take on.

Producers looking at Japan

You have a product that could work here but no route in. We set up the import side, deal with the regulations, position the brand, and introduce you to buyers.

Capabilities

What we handle

01

Brand development

Positioning, naming, packaging direction. A Japanese buyer will ask where a product sits in the market before they ask about price, and it helps to have an answer ready.

02

Compliance

The Food Sanitation Act, import regulations, and CITES procedures where a product falls under them. We deal with this at the start rather than when the shipment is already moving.

03

Logistics coordination

Routing, freight, customs, and cold chain when the product needs it.

04

OEM

Contract production and private label with manufacturers we have worked with before, made to your specification.

05

Market development

Choosing a channel, making introductions, and staying involved afterwards so a first order turns into a standing one.

Our own brand

TIRAN

Beluga caviar

TIRAN is NEXORA's own caviar brand, and the clearest example of the work we do. We source it abroad, handle the import under the Japanese laws and regulations that apply to it, and place it with restaurants and hotels here. When a producer asks what market entry looks like in practice, this is usually the answer we give.

Alongside our proprietary brands, we also support third-party producers and buyers through import, sourcing and market-entry projects.

How we work

From first inquiry to repeat supply

  1. You tell us what you need

Grade, specification, quantity, packaging, destination. If something is still open we would rather sort it out now than three weeks in.

  2. We find and check suppliers

We identify candidates, look at their documentation and production capability, and come back with options that have real specifications attached.

  3. Paperwork and compliance

Import requirements, certificates, certificates of analysis, and CITES procedures where they apply. We review supplier credentials, product specifications and supporting documentation before commercial commitment.

  4. Shipping

We arrange the route, freight, customs and handling, and keep track of it. Anything the product needs in transit is agreed in advance.

  5. Delivery, then the next one

The first delivery tells you whether we are worth working with. We are set up for repeat supply on stable terms, which is where this becomes worthwhile for both sides.

One person stays with your inquiry from start to finish. Nothing gets passed to a party you have not been introduced to.

Tell us what you need

Send the specification and we will come back with what we can source, what it will take to clear it, and how it would ship.
